Eligibility
Must live in zip code area 23223 (Richmond or Henrico). There are certain requirements that must be met in order to receive assistance, which will be approved by the Director.
Hours
9am to 5pm on Mondays, 9am to 6pm from Tuesday through Thursday, and 9am to 2pm on Fridays

The Center will have a Financial Assistance Form you will need to complete. The center provides transportation and cost for birth certificate and/or DMV ID's.
