To be eligible patients must be employed (or unemployed less than 6 months), provide proof of residence and income, be 18-65 years old, and have no other form of medical insurance. Household Income less than 300% of Federal Poverty Level.

Providers are all volunteer doctors, pharmacists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and citizens of the local community.
