Description

Provides direct, intensive in-home therapeutic services to youth who are at risk of an out of home placement due to mental health or substance abuse issues. Offers assessments, case management, communication and relationship enhancement, crisis intervention and treatment, individual and family counseling, life skills training and therapeutic parenting techniques with 24-hour emergency response. Seeks to build on the natural support system of the family and maximize inter-agency cooperation to maintain the youth in the family and community.
