VFS Mental Health Skills-Building Services are designed to assist individuals with achieving and maintaining community stability and independence in the most appropriate, least restrictive environment. Components of services include individualized training in acquiring living skills, medication management, personal hygiene, use of social skills and personal support system. Additional components include nutrition guidance, money management, psycho-education, skills training, development of community resources and health maintenance.
