Description
Program serves homeowners with repairs to roof, electric, HVAC, plumbing, well and septic. Funds from Federal and State grants will help qualified low-income homeowners by paying for a portion of the repairs. The balance is then paid back with low interest loans and affordable monthly payments.

Fluvanna Louisa Housing Foundation
Provides housing rehabilitation/repair services to those who qualify. The FLHF has a part time home buyer counselor on staff to assist first time home buyers. The FLHF has limited affordable rental units and is constructing new units. The FLHF provides/installs/sells portable, modular aluminum ramps. FLHF provides access to financial education programs.
