Membership is open for 6th to 12th graders. You must attend school daily to come to the Center.

In person; application required.

The Music Resource Center uses a sliding scale based on family income. Fees begin at $1 per year, no one pays more than $250, and regardless of the fee paid, members receive unlimited access to our facility, lessons, camps, and recording time for no additional cost.

Description

Offers a place where students in grades 6-12 can come to play music, take lessons, and make recordings. Rock, Hip-Hop, R&B, and Go Go are all popular. The goal is to keep kids out of trouble while helping them to discover and develop their music abilities. provides music lessons: guitar, keyboard, drums, etc.; provides use of rehearsal studios including a P.A. system; provides use of electronic music studios including samplers & drum machines; music classes; song writing, music production, etc.; Houses an extensive music library including CD's, tapes, videos, etc.; provides use of recording studios.
