Application process
Applications should be submitted online through our Community Outreach portal on the MACAA website. This portal is convenient and easy to navigate. All required documents can be uploaded to the portal while submitting your application. A case manager will receive your request and reach out to you via email or phone about any information that may be needed.

Provide financial resources to cover rent or utility costs. Case Managers conduct a needs assessments to understand long-term needs and link clients to resources in the region. With this opens the availability for long term whole family care with case managers available.
Financial Assistance can only be offered once per fiscal year.
