The Prince William Area Agency on Aging (the Agency) offers health insurance counseling assistance to older adults, their families and caregivers through the Virginia Health Insurance Counseling and Assistance Program (VICAP). VICAP educates, counsels and assists individuals in understanding Medicare, long term care insurance, and other health benefits plans and programs.
