The JFS Personal Affairs Management (PAM) program was created to prevent the exploitation of elderly and vulnerable adults in our community. JFS’ Personal Affairs Management Program prevents this from happening, and provides a safety net for the most vulnerable adults in our communities. Guardian The Court appoints JFS to be responsible for making decisions regarding the individual’s support, care, health, safety, rehabilitation, education, therapeutic treatment, and residence. Conservator The Court appoints JFS to be responsible for managing the estate and financial affairs of an incapacitated person.
