Description
Provides supplemental payment to Medicaid licensed Homes for Adults and Assisted Living Facilities that will accept the state approved rate. Client keeps a small monthly allowance for personal needs. The rest of the client's monthly income along with the Auxiliary Grant is paid to the provider.
