Eligibility
MHSB Eligibility: 1.Prior history of any of the following: psychiatric hospitalization, crisis stabilization, ICT or PACT services, psychiatric residential, and/or TDO. 2.Prescribed an anti-psychotic, mood stabilizing, or antidepressant medication within 12 months or a letter from physician indicating medications are medically contraindicated for the individual. 3.Diagnosis of depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, or other serious mental illness or psychotic disorder. 4.Difficulty adhering to medical treatments, inappropriate use of social skills, community resources and personal support system, poor hygiene, inadequate nutrition, and difficulty with budgeting and money management.

Problem areas are targeted and addresses. New skills are taught, enabling a higher functioning lifestyle. The client's counselor will work with him in his home as well as in the community.
