Eligibility

Any Virginia state resident in need of immunizations or testing for communicable diseases such as tuberculosis, hepatitis, rabies, sexually transmitted diseases.

Hours

8am to 4:30pm from Monday through Friday

Provide surveillance, investigation, and follow up of communicable diseases that are reportable by medical providers and laboratories. This includes: Community outreach, education, and in-service trainings Sexually transmitted infection (STI) treatment, counseling, and referral Childhood and adult immunizations, counseling and referral Initial health assessment of all newly arriving immigrants with refugee or asylum status through the Virginia Newcomers Health Program (VNHP) TB case management with daily observed therapy
