Description
Program that assists ambulatory cancer patients with ground transportation to and from cancer treatment by volunteer drivers. Program will assist with transportation to and from surgery, chemotherapy, bone marrow transplant, or radiation only. Patient must be traveling within a reasonable distance and be ambulatory. Five business day notice recommended.
