Description

An individual service provided for individuals with intellectual disabilities who need in home support in order to remain in the family home. For these individuals, training and skills development under Residential Support Services is not appropriate. This service is equivalent to the personal care provided by the health department. Assistance is provided in personal care, activities of daily living, use of community resources, and medication and health related needs.
