Suite 10 Culpeper, VA 22701) for a referral voucher. Thursday evening vouchers (orange) are created on-site (120 N. Commerce Street, Culpeper, VA) Clients may use this voucher once a month. Also participates in a Winter Heat Shelter for individuals. Open November through mid-April (call ahead for more information). Identified churches will keep doors open for 1-week blocks. Everyone must arrive between 5:30PM and 6PM. Dinner, breakfast and a bag lunch is provided.
