Supplementary assistance for the cost of burials for indigent Residents of Norfolk. The agency will provide a $500 payment in the form of a credit order to the Customer. The credit order is made payable to the funeral home of the applicants choice. The majority of the funeral homes in the area are participating vendors, with the exception of Woodlawn.
