Description

Program offers Technical Assistance to child care providers on various subjects appropriate to their business of caring for and educating children. First Spark is also the Virginia Quality Initiative Coordinator for Hampton and Newport News. For more information visit our website. First Spark also provides prenatal screenings to refer expecting parents to local Peninsula resources including nutrition education, new parent support, car seats, family finance, and breastfeeding.
