Accept all Virginia Medicaid as well as most commercial insurance policies and support all medication assisted treatment services for residential treatment.

Approximately 30-75 days of inpatient treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health. Clients each have their own therapist/counselor for individual sessions, group sessions, both clinically and peer led. They will see medical provider and have onsite nursing available. Support with Medication assisted treatment, holistic services, etc.

Mainspring provides substance use disorder treatment with co-occurring mental health for adults. Levels of care include 3.5 high intensity residential, 3.1 low intensity residential, 2.5 partial hospitalization, and 2.1 virtual intensive outpatient.
