Provides disability related assistance and services to people with disabilities and the community. Services include: *personal advocacy, *independent living skills training, *employment services, *peer support, *information and referral, *community advocacy, *school and nursing facility transition services, *technical accessibility assistance, *help obtaining home modifications, *help obtaining assistive technology, and *community education and awareness concerning disability-related issues and concerns of persons with disabilities.
