On-line application. Phone call with a Seaport Graduate. On-site tour and interview. Candidates selected based on fit for the applicant and availability. Orientation day. One month trial period to ensure fit.

Accepted applicants will be paid a stipend during the six month program.

Description

Seaport's paid Apprentices learn woodworking, boatbuilding, and boating--to include rowing and sailing. They also learn to be part of a team, workplace skills, and life skills. Life skills include math and financial literacy, diet and health, emotional well-being, and participating in community events.
