Food Program - Richmond, Richmond Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities

The Child & Adult Care Food Program At-Risk Snack Program is a USDA FNS program that provides children & teens, between the ages 5 - 18, participating in the City of Richmond Department of Parks & Recreation's after school activities snacks and suppers during the school year. The program serves snacks at 11 PRCF recreation centers and supper meals at 19 After School Program sites. This program operates September - June annually.

Application process

Parent or legal guardian must complete on site all paperwork as required by State Childcare Regulations and the United States Department of Agriculture, prior to processing for program entry.
