Check-in is from 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. daily. Initial admission to the emergency shelter is first-come, first-served. Once admitted into the program, guests are provided accommodations for 90 days, which can be extended on a case-by-case basis. Individuals admitted through the significant weather program are only provided a bed night by night as weather warrants it between November and March.

Open Doors provides year-round low-barrier emergency shelter at the Navigation Center. The shelter program operates in a congregant setting, with initial admissions first-come, first-served. Significant weather programs are provided only on a night-by-night basis, as the weather warrants, between November and March each year, the traditional thermal season.
