The court advocate is a trained professional who will support you throughout the process and connect you to any resources you might need. The purpose of this organization is to combine efforts of various community agencies and groups in identifying, preventing, and reducing the incidence of domestic violence and sexual assault in Hanover County, and raising public awareness of domestic violence in the Hanover community. Direct services are offered to local victims of domestic violence and sexual assault and their children.
