Description
By telephone, Patient Services Coordinator(PSC)will discuss your diagnosis, treatment, side effects and other cancer-related issues. The Patient Services Coordinator will ask about the caller's preferred times to communicate with a volunteer. The Patient Services Coordinator will match caller with a Support Volunteer who will contact them within 48 hours.
