Chesapeake residents who have been diagnosed with intellectual disability.
Hours
8am to 5:30pm from Monday through Thursday and 8am to 5pm on Fridays

Telephone or mail initial contact followed by face to face intake appointment.

Emergency Services provides screening for commitment related mental health/crisis involuntary hospitalization 24 hours a day. Crisis intervention is also provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Services include telephone counseling, face to face assessments, consultations, pre-screening for commitment, voluntary hospitalization and referral sources for persons experiencing mental health problems.
