Description
Helps lower-income children ages 3 and 4, begin school on a equal developmental footing with their more advantaged peers and helps their families become more self-sufficient. This is accomplished through a center- and home-based high-quality early care and education program, parent support and involvement, health and nutrition services, transportation, family services, and services for children with special needs. Children are given breakfast, lunch and a snack.
