Provides a continuing care retirement community for seniors with independent living apartments and cottages, assisted living studio apartments and services and licensed nursing care. An applicant must be 65 years of age or older, or if a couple, one member must be at least 65 years of age. In addition, an applicant must meet the admission requirements for a cottage or apartment at Kendal at Lexington.
