Develop adoptive placements to provide permanent homes for children in foster care whose parents' parental rights have been terminated. Recruit and train prospective foster and adoptive parents. Provide casework and supportive services to the children and families to ensure permanency. Provide adoption services in parental placement adoptions and step-parent adoptions, including home studies, visits and reports to the court.
