The CHAS Foundation's IFS Program connects individuals and families to resources and services throughout Hampton Roads while also providing peer support and guidance. Person's inquiring assistance ranges from those at the early stages of seeking treatment to those that feel they have utilized every community resource available and don't know what else to do. Components of this program include: · Peer Crisis Support · Peer Family Support · Individual Care Coordination · Support Navigating Court System · Transportation Assistance
