The Rappahannock Juvenile Center (RJC) provides secure incarceration for court-ordered youth, crisis intervention, substance abuse, and counseling services serving the 15th District Court Unit comprising of the City of Fredericksburg, King George County, Spotsylvania County and Stafford County.
