Social Worker referral required. After referral, family will be contacted as rooms become available. All individuals 18 years and older must submit and pass a background check. Family members must show either a COVID vaccination card (or photo) or a negative COVID test result taken no earlier than 72 hours prior to check-in. All unvaccinated family members (2 years of age and older) must provide a negative COVID test result. Because we manage our occupancy around the uncertainty of illness and treatment, we may experience unpredictable room shortages. Once you have been cleared to stay, please call the House 48 hours in advance of your planned arrival to ensure that space will be available.
