Provides bilingual interpretation services to clients on-site. Offers off-site services only when referred to a local hospital/clinic for more specialized care or when requested by consortium member clinics. Also provides French, Portuguese, Amharic, Mandarin and American Sign Language to many neighborhood clinics and during specialist referrals.
