The project:HOMES Weatherization/Energy Conservation Program helps low-income homeowners reduce energy costs and improve comfort by increasing the energy efficiency of their homes while ensuring their health and safety. The program prioritizes services to the elderly, people with disabilities and families with children.

project:HOMES improves the lives and living conditions of people in need in by making critical home repairs and accessibility improvements, providing energy conservation and weatherization services, and building affordable homes. We also develop senior apartment communities. Will help low-income and elderly remain in their homes and comfortably age in place; improve accessibility and safety in the homes of the disabled; and help revitalize communities by building attractive, energy efficient, affordable homes.
