Court - Rustburg, Campbell County Circuit Court

The Clerk's Office provides a variety of services to the public and bar and has authority for the probate of wills, grants of administration and appointment of guardians. The clerk is the custodian of court records which includes criminal,chancery (divorces), and civil and the clerk's office is where deeds are recorded and marriage licenses are issued. The clerk is also responsible for courtroom administration and jury management.
