Meal Planning: Sample menus to teach about a variety of nourishing meals and snacks
Recipes: Recipes for everyday, seasonal and holiday food to make mealtime interesting
Consultation: Advice in food service, child development, and family child care business
Reimbursement: Payments in the range of $234 to $488 per month for 5 children
