Eligibility

Adults age 18 and older who are able to live independently. Applicants must be able to manage activities of daily living and comply with house guidelines. Income source required (employment, benefits, or other verifiable income). Background considerations reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This program is not a medical or assisted living facility.

Application process

Interested individuals or referral partners contact Heart & Home Independent Living for an initial screening. A brief intake interview is completed to determine eligibility and housing availability. Documentation may be requested, including identification and proof of income. Placement is based on availability and program fit. A waitlist may be maintained.

Fees

Housing is offered through private-pay arrangements. Monthly housing fees and move-in costs apply. Fees vary based on room type and availability. Shared living accommodations starting at $750 per bed One-time program fee of $250, which may be paid in full at move-in or broken into installments over a 90-day period. Exact pricing is discussed during the intake process.
