The Crisis Intervention Center (CIC) provides behavioral healthcare services in a community-based setting to individuals of all ages experiencing a psychiatric crisis. The primary goal of the CIC is to offer comprehensive crisis stabilization services in an outpatient setting. The center is open 24 hours per day, seven days a week.

The Arlington County Community Services Board (ACCSB) consists of community members appointed to oversee services provided by the Department of Human Services to persons with mental health needs, developmental disabilities and substance use. Programs and services are provided by the Arlington County Department of Human Services.
