Provides a Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) for all special education children ages two to twenty-one. An Individualized Education Plan (IEP) is developed for each child who qualifies for special education services under IDEA. Provides an elementary educational institute and preschool that offers adaptations for test taking, audiological evaluation and diagnosis, and Child Find services for disabled students.
