Call for an appointment and additional information. Depending on call volumne we may be able to answer your call live, return it the same day, or in within the next 3 days. We are required to verify your identity by seeing: (1) a valid government issued photo ID for the taxfilers (and spouse if filing jointly). (2) unless applying for an ITIN (Indivdiual Taxpayer Identification Number). An ITIN letter, Social Security Card or letter from the Social Security Administration showing the full name and number for: - the taxpayer (and spouse if filing jointly) - all dependents - any non dependents such as young adult students being claimed for benefits such as the Earned Income Credit We will also need you to provide all documents needed to prepare your tax return.

From February to mid-April, CTA provides free tax preparation services to individuals with no more than $67,000 in income. This free service is provided by trained volunteers. All tax preparation is by appointment only.
