Adult Education - Hampton, Middle College GED and College Readiness Program, Virginia Peninsula Community College

Offers an educational and career development training program free of charge to young adults between the ages of 18-24 who did not complete high school and have a desire to improve the qualify of their lives. Program participants are given the opportunity to: obtain a GED, enroll at Thomas Nelson Community College and earn up to 5 college credits, earn a Virginia's Career Readiness Certificate (bronze, sliver or gold) credential, obtain short-term occupational training (Welding, HVAC, Medical Coding, Automotive, Carpentry, and many more), enhance basic workplace readiness skills.
