Description
To assure the protection of the citizens of the Commonwealth through the development of policies programs and institutions to assist the courts in holding juveniles accountable for their actions and by affording them opportunities for reform. The CSU provides intake services, investigation and preparation of background studies, custody and visitation reports ordered by the court; probation, family counseling, limited mediation, and parole services.
