Offers in-patient rehab after a hospital stay, long term nursing care, a SECURED memory care unit and a respite care program for family care givers. In house rehabilitation services offered include physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. We have a staff psychologist and a visiting psychiatrist to address mental health needs of our residents. OSW offers in patient visits with a wound care physician as well as a staff wound nurse. We also offer onsite x-ray, podiatry, dental, physician and vision services. LICENSED BY: VA Health Department
