Eligibility
18 years old and have a primary diagnosis of developmental disability. They must be able to maintain their personal health and safety, respect the property of others and benefit from services provided with an average 1:6 staff-to-participant ratio. Participants must be willing to engage in activities within their individualized plan of care.

Fees
Individuals interested in participating in the Opportunities Unlimited program must have one of the Virginia Medicaid DD Waivers; Community Living Waiver, Building Independence Waiver, or Family Individual Support Waiver.

The Day Services program provides personal, social, and behavioral skill training for individuals with developmental disabilities, including intellectual disabilities, to help improve quality of life. The program facilitates self-empowerment, community integration and independent living through skills assessment and person-centered planning.
