Description

Program offers people with developmental disabilities a family based solution to their needs. Family Care homes provide a person-centered, family-based home in which an individual with developmental disabilities can become an active member of a family. Respite support offers temporary, short-term, home-based support for an individual. Family based residential options for adults and children with developmental disabilities. OPTIONS day support program: center and community-based program.
