Description

InnovAge Virginia PACE provides senior care that helps older adults live life on their terms in their community. All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), which helps older adults receive the healthcare and social support services they need through an interdisciplinary healthcare team. As an alternative to nursing facilities, InnovAge PACE provides nearly all medical care and social support at a center near your home.

InnovAge PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is an all-inclusive healthcare program that helps seniors live independently at home, instead of moving to a nursing facility. Most eligible participants pay little or nothing for the program.
