Polly Summit is a residential facility for 10 adults with serious and persistent mental illness that helps them achieve independence within the community. Clients are offered support for community living, psychosocial support services, and are taught daily living skills. Service in Wise County is provided in partnership with Planning District One Behavioral Health Services.
