Seniors, adults with disabilities, and individuals who need additional support to remain safe and independent at home. Eligibility depends on the type of service and method of payment.

We have an after-hours services and admin staff when needed provided for the clients based on the needs and services.

Clients or family members may contact Aaya Home Healthcare by phone, email, or through our website to begin the intake process. Our team will gather basic information about the client’s care needs, location, insurance or payment method, and preferred schedule. For Medicaid clients, eligibility and service authorization are verified before services begin. An assessment is then completed, a personalized Plan of Care is developed, and a qualified caregiver is matched with the client based on care needs and availability.
