Provides counseling on budget management and education on life skills. Offers a Budget for Baby class. Includes information on variations in pay, increased expenses, common consumer pressures targeted to new parents, and entitlements available through both government and private sources. Issues a coordinated set of bedding and clothing, a baby book, and a handmade item, packed in a tote or duffel bag to those attending a Budget for Baby class or completing an individual budget session with a Society caseworker.
