Description
Provides instructional programs for Adult Education taking the learner from the basics of learning up through preparation for the Tests of General Educational Development (GED), acquisition of a high-school diploma, or mastery of the English language. Also provides Training & Development offering specialized training related to the workplace and/or community in areas such as computer skills, and foreign languages. In addition to these instructional programs, Dayton Learning Center also houses and/or administers a variety of related services and activities. Massanutten Technical Center (MTC) began serving the community in 1972 as a joint career and technical education center serving the students of Harrisonburg City and Rockingham County Public Schools.
