This program provides the opportunity for those incarcerated to participate in programs while in jail and to prepare for their release from jail back into the community.

OAR of Richmond, Inc.
Provides case management and transitional services to clients requesting services during or after incarceration in the local jails in Chesterfield, Hanover, Henrico, and Richmond, and state and federal inmates upon release to the OAR service areas.
